I notice that demonic gangstalkers can't adapt that well and come up with new tactics.....

I don't believe that what we call gangstalking is some organized government conspiracy. I know that it is just demonic spirits jumping through people in order to torment those who have God within them and especially those who are fully awake Christians who are seeking to advance the Kingdom of Christ on this Earth. Just like that movie Fallen, more or less exactly like those situations. However, it seems that the demons are limited in their abilities or they are just lazy or something. Lately they have been going back to that stupid "duper's delight" smirk thing. I guess that the cough wasn't as effective once it became too obvious. The smirk thing plays upon a human's natural instinct for social acceptance and not wanting to be perceived as an object of ridicule or derision. However, it seems to be a bluff because most humans can't even handle direct eye contact anymore and the demons are secretly terrified of the time when Christ casts them into the abyss forever. I already expect to experience this as I grow in faith so I just go "ok, cue the gangstalking.....cue the spirits...." and I see them leave their human hosts. There really is a GLP effect in play when you want to get rid of them. If you just call them out, it prevents them from having any power. God bless!
