Derelict building. Either someone was working on a gas line or some terrorists were building bombs in the old building.

I live close to this, the smoke was coming up the street, very thick black smoke, it was a derelict building with a dumping ground fenced off where people,fly tip rubbish, probably little shits set it on fire, not unusual here for empty building to be set alight by little shit heads,lots of shit heads out in full force today flouting lock down rules.
