Astro/Physics Nerds. Einsteinian Gravity Makes NO SENSE!!

So if Gravity is NOT A FORCE but instead, is just the curvature of space-time... Then how can any rocket reach orbit??

Don't try explaining how orbital mechanics work and one needs to reach orbital velocity so to constantly overshoot the curvature of the earth and thus remain in an orbital constant-freefall around the earth.
That would be NEWTONIAN PHYSICS, wherein GRAVITY IS A FORCE, so one could resist said force by gaining velocity.

But according to Einstien, Gravity IS NOT A FORCE , just the curvature of space-time, so getting into "orbital velocity" wouldn't make any sense since it would just mean, the vehicle is following the curvature of space-time down back to earth just at a faster rate...
