The video below is by a person in CA who went through contact tracing training. The gist of it is:

1) they identify a person who is positive for covid, probably some dummy who voluntarily showed up to have a swab stuffed up their nose.
2) that person is ordered to self-quarantine
3) tracer comes to their home to identify others living in the same residence. They are ordered to isolate away from the infected one and to self-quarantine for 14 days. If the residence doesn't have a separate bathroom for the infected one, then the infected one or the others have to leave the residence and quarantine elsewhere.
4) tracer program will review infected one's phone to identify all locations they've been at. Starting with their place of employment, all fellow employees who have been near them are ordered to self-quarantine for 14 days. If they were at the grocery store, the tracer program will identify all other people who were in close proximity to them, identify their names and addresses from the phone number, contact them and tell them they are ordered to self-quarantine for 14 days. They will also all receive home visits with info from #2 occurring for all of them.
5) All people identified in #4...tracer program will identify all people they came into close proximity with, etc., etc., ditto ditto.

See how fucking outrageous and insane this is? They'll have the entire country self-isolating before too long. All over a GD LIE...virus is real, risk is NOT for vast majority of people. How long are we going to let these evil bastards do this??

You need to leave phones at home or get the faraday bag for it. That won't help you if you are unlucky enough to get caught up with a workplace scenario, but will help you avoid the grocery store, out and about stuff. DO NOT ANSWER any calls from unknown numbers, do not answer the door if you don't know the person. Avoid these people like the plague. Do not take tests...they are rigged to be positive. Do not take antibody tests...we don't know what is considered a "good" vs. "bad" result at this point. Avoid this racket altogether.

went to google which I only find under "accounts" and didn't find anything.. is this something that only happened in the USA and some other places?

I don't think this would be allowed in Germany because we still have very strict data protection rights.. also Germany launched a different app supposedly more anonymous and so on.. but you must actively down load it.. and then supposedly you use it and share data (if you want) anonymously..
