I know you've probably mentioned this before, but how do you track the ISS as it orbits? Is it done manually or is there a program that does it? I assume it's moving really fast.

Yes, it is moving very fast, it can cross the apparent diameter of the moon in half a second. I track it with a program I wrote to control the telescope. It tracks based on the orbital elements and then locks onto ISS using a video viewfinder to provide corrections to the tracking automatically.
