Yesterday yet even more ‘explosive’ exculpatory evidence recently found was submitted to Sullivan. By extension, I’m assuming it went to appellate court?

This evidence is under lock down by Sullivan’s previous order because Powell kept releasing to the public what US Attorney in Mo kept uncovering.

The evidence is something Strzok wrote during the days that Flynn was literally cleared by the fbi. That’s when Strzok called his buddy and say don’t close, 7th Floor has an idea.
It must be pretty bad. John Solomon is feeling since it’s so late in the game to find this, somebody in that group flipped and is turning in evidence.

What Trump couldn't do and had to stay out of was pardoning him from a criminal case and while that ongoing case was still in Court Flynn couldn't talk/testify. Hence why Judge Deep state wouldn't accept his plea agreement months ago and why he wouldn't drop the case.

Sullivan has no standing to do anything else. He already violated two orders from the appeals court. If he attempts a third, I see a referral to the Bar Association and his career over. Sullivan is a “paid” judicial hit man on retainer for the democrats.

On a side note, the appeals court judges that sided with Sullivan need to be replaced as well. Who actually supports violating a person’s constitutional rights and agrees with the FBI corruption that caused it.......liberal judges that make law instead of upholding the law.

1. Follow the higher court's order & grant the DOJ's motion to dismiss the Flynn case

2. Demand a full en banc review by the DC Court of Appeals [this was heard by a 3 judge panel]
