He should be fired.
If another driver put up the noose, that driver would be fired+ ethnic intimidation charges. You notice they waited until after the community White shame, to show us this "noose"?
Whites need to boycott NASCAR. That "noose", was obviously not a noose.
Either Bubba goes, or Whites should start a new racing league.
