Flynn has his faults but I still think he was the victim of an overzealous and crooked FBI and a kangaroo Star Chamber Court -- the
FISA court.

The fact that democrats are now just vomiting the “he lied under oath” excuse is what interests me. They care little about what he lied about and why, and are more concerned with the fact that he lied.

I may have disagreed with Flynn over strategic matters but he was still railroaded and no soldier deserves that.

Last I heard there perverted version of just went something like; he perjured himself when he said under oath that he was guilty of a crime that he was in fact innocent of so he could comply with a plea deal he was given to avoid the corrupt FBI from targeting his son.

Agreed. No one is perfect but to see justice perverted in this sort of manner and used to attack a man that his served his country in the upper echelons o0f the military and government scares the shit out of me.

As I heard an astute lawyer on tv say the other day... He had to have lied at least once. If he committed a crime yet told the judge he was guilty= no lying.

But if he didn't commit a crime yet pleaded guilty, then he lied to someone, even if under extreme circumstances and duress.

This is where we need justice reform. It should be the goal of prosecutors, police, judges and magistrates to find the truth not focus on "creating" a crime or "pinning" a crime on somebody.

I don't think you understand my position. I've always been on Flynn's side. I was just pointing out the obvious fact he had to have lied somewhere someway sometime. I in no way condone what they did and are still trying to do to him and feel confident once Brennon and Clapper go down, he'll get his due.
