Plant fruit trees for future generations. Use heirloom seeds for your gardening. If you don't have a yard grow some window plants at least. Learn to live with less electrical gadgetry as much as possible. Be able to build a fire in a hard rain, make a dry shelter out of leaves and branches and dig for water. Waste nothing, recycle, reuse, repurpose,compost. Ditch your mower and get a goat.
