Drop all social media and do not protest.

Drop everything 'smart'. It's built to spy on you and most of these things can read and alter your brain according to DHS leaks.
Remember the 3 Fs:
FOOD, FIREARMS, FUEL.
Save up at least 3 years of canned meat, fruits and Salmon along with water jugs. Keep some at home, some in a storage unit, and some with a relative. Never put all of your eggs in one basket.
HEALTH
Get in shape. Lean muscle burns fat. You can pay a bodybuilding coach once to make you a weightlifting plan for asthetics or find one online. Don't powerlift. Bad for joints and health. Eat small portions, drink lots of water, lift weights and don't eat past 4pm.
Eat mainly grits, Kefir, apples, Sweet Potatoes/yam and Salmon/Cod for optimal health.
PROTECTION/SPIRITUAL WARFARE
Pray to GOD every morning and claim "no weapon formed against me shall prosper", "I shall live and not die" and "A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways".
SKILL SET:
Learn (1)firearms handling (have ballistic vest), (2)tactical casualty care: self-aid buddy-aid, and (3)restraints escaping. (4)Emergency first-aid too.
Join a (5)Brazilian jujitsu class and learn how to strike as well.
3 PRINCIPLES:
(1)Never trust anyone
(Human nature is the same in all humans regardless of differences. They put themselves first as you should).
(2)The nail that sticks out gets hammered
(Blend in, don't stand out, but don't take any chip or mark either).
(3)Don't be afraid, only believe.
(Have faith in GOD)
INVESTMENTS
Have a second passport.
Have multifamily property(s) overseas you can escape to in an emergency.
I suggest people leaving the US before the fighting and chaos breaks out.
I had a dream it happened. Those dreams come true.
The US Dollar will eventually collapse and with it other currencies.
Invest in gold, farmland and water rights.
Expect a digital reset so save important information on chips, on paper, etc.
Prep to survive without utilities including electricity.
China plans on using biological attacks on America so have CBRN masks and suits.
Stock up on sanitation products.
PREPARE HOME AND VEHICLE(S)
Expect mass-riots and looting.
Prepare home for break-ins.
Make it SWAT-proof.
The same with the car.
Shatter-proof or even ballistic front and back windows. Passenger windows if you can.
Ballistic panels in doors. Ballistic protection behind back passengers. Run-flat tires or even air-free tires if you can. Protect motor, gas tank and roof.
Get push bumpers.
