Have some one with knowledge of CRISPR take a look at the SARS-CoV-2 (Covid-19) genome.

You'll find CRISPR footprints in the genome, which means the base virus was modified with CRISPR.

I'm not positive but I don't think something the actual executives at a company do is insider trading.

The trade receipts above if correct are insider trading.

To prevent allegations of insider trading, executives use trading plans – which are usually planned months in advance. The trading cannot be based on insider information.

Zaks and Kim, Moderna executives, modified their trading plans to cash-in on two of Moderna’s most important press releases and made over $20 million!

The SEC are under a growing amount of pressure to take action against Moderna. The SEC target the small guys but won't take on Moderna?

One thing I hate about our country is how soft we are on white collar crime.

Bankers can pay off the ratings agencies to stamp their fraudulents products as top of line. When it all went belly up, it harmed the whole nation. Noone went to jail and the bankers got bailed out.

Where is the outrage.

Now a nog goes in and robs a bank.
He only effects one bank assuming he gets away.
If we catch him, he gets a bullet or a prison sentence.

The Nog effected one bank and he gets punished.
The bankers crashed the whole economy and they got rewarded.

Lets not also get into how the white collar criminals get fines rather than jail time, where the fine is looked at as the cost of doing business.


We are way to soft on white collar crime in this country.

Ok. I don't agree with that. If you're the CEO I think you should be able to call your broker as soon as you get the numbers from the CFO, or as soon as you get the news there was a mudslide at the mine.

The SEC have made it illegal to trade on any insider information. So, it should be applied across the board.

But, the SEC target the small fish but hardly go after the whales! And, Moderna is a whale at the moment!

We need to punish white collar crime like they do in China.

Lorence Kim bought and sold 241000 shares on the same day as the press release, and made a significant profit!

Moderna, at best, is a dodgy company. At worst, it's a blatant criminal organization.

They will be producing billions of shots of their so-called CV vaccine.

Except, they don't have a single product in the market-place.

Moderna is run by a secretive "sales man" with no PhD!

They covered-up fatal animal testing of a similar vaccine.

There are a lot of business that need to be shutdown in this country, run by shysters and scam artists and that serve no purpose other than to skim off other peoples money.

Tal Zaks said this a few months ago, after bypassing the normal animal testing first.

“I don’t think proving this in an animal model is on the critical path to getting this to a clinical trial,” said Tal Zaks, chief medical officer at Moderna, a Cambridge, Mass.-based biotech that has produced a Covid-19 vaccine candidate at record speed.
