My wife has been a nurse for 24 years its the whole system but The big thing is the quality of the people no one cares about providing good care or doing a good job even showing up for work and these are the people that could kill you. Its a whole generation of people that don't care or have any work ethics.

And before you all jump on the Dr's. are evil but not nurses bandwagon.

Their local union here pushed for a 12 hr three day workweek. Now they work a true 36 and get a 8x3 + 4x3x1.5 =42 hr pay check. That 1.5 is overtime for working past 8 hours by their own decision.

If you are wondering why more nurses don't come forward. They are paid about double market rates plus per diem so almost half is tax free. Were given free housing in hotels, free food from restaurants.

Showered in admiration from social and the media as heroes. Then, instructed like good soldiers to ventilate which killed thousands.

If a healthcare worker a tech, cna, lpn, rn or even physician so much as complains about workplace safety, patient ratios etc they are often fired immediately. State boards govern medical practice and with a mark on a license can easily go from a lucrative bedside career to only being able to work in long term care or psych.

How many do you think will openly discuss this? They either drank the koolaid or don't want to risk their own skin.

There was a Nurse that said many were Interns & that protocol directives were changed from the top. Anyone knowingly participating in “treatment” that murdered patients, is a participant. They will be held accountable in Judgement soon. The brave Nurses that spoke out were attacked & put everything on the line. One received death threats & likely all risked being fired. I can attest to the fact that workers who test positive have to go through a 10 day quarantine and can return if asymptomatic, YET, they are not tested upon their return. They have to wait 90 days before getting retested.

So, knowing that, is it any wonder the virus continues to spread in homes?

Medical errors. I can believe it. Colleges just try to spit them out and most of those graduates struggle to pass the licensing exams.
On top of that, now instead of seeing doctors, we are pushed toward Nurse practitioners!
Check your docs credentials before making your appointment. I wouldn't want to go to anyone with only a few years of experience.

Don't mean to be a dick. But, a lot of the elderly that have died of COVID related issues in the Tulsa region are old black people.
