maybe there should be a reward offered for proof of any white on black crime.

No films of lynchings, I guess, even though there were thousands of lynchings. No films of the extremely numerous other crimes perpetrated by whites against blacks, either; e.g. no film cameras on slave ships, no films of white "justice" system throwing millions of blacks in prison for crimes for which whites are let off scott-free, etc.,etc.

Then of course there is the matter that for every ONE filmed incident of white cops murdering or beating (or whatever) some black guy, probably 1000x or 10000x more such incidents actually occur; i.e. the FILMED incidents are at most 0.1% of the total, maybe 0.01%, or likely even less.
There was a video on twitter just a couple days ago showing police outright MURDERING some homeless black guy on the street. Shot the guy, point blank, he was upset but represented ZERO threat to the officers. They just offed him, multiple shots, close range, no provocation. Murder. How many of those get filmed? Gee, I dunno, maybe .001% of them?

PS: where I come from, murder counts as "crime". Maybe it is different in your world.

100 years ago doesn't count. cops don't count. I mean average white guy/s crime on blacks within the last 5 or 10 years. that shouldn't be too hard.
