They probably had this info for long, but used it as a form of blackmail

Those that were blackmailed did not comply and hence this

30.000 suspects, that would be every leading position in the EU, all big corp managing directors etc

That means people that run the countries, counties, cities, hospitals, nursing homes and the Police

Who is going to do something that is not stopped from higher up in the 'chain of command'?
