 I really hate to point this out but that equates to about 12 people a day in a city of over 11 million. Do you really consider this unusual? I don't and infact I would say it is a record low for a city that size! your an idiot....... I live in NYC......this is not normal......I have been in NYC since the 80's...still this is not normal... but In your twisted mind maybe you like and want this.......but us normal thinking folks think...your foolish.
