Something odd about BLM

So if you go to the black lives matter website and click on donations, they claim that they are a 501c3 organization and donations are tax-deductible. These donations are supposed to go to the organization "black lives matter global network " which takes the donations and distributes the money to local groups. Well, it appears that they have another company handle all of that for them.

Now here's the kicker, if they are a legitimate 501c3 organization then you should be able to pull there tax returns on the IRS website. There is no "black lives matter global network" found on the IRS website. There is a "Black Lives Matter Inc" listed but they haven't filled a tax return since 2017 and the listed founder is not the same either.
