In 2014 Obama warned Americans in detail about a global pandemic
Obama:

•Built pandemic response team
Trump:
•Cut CDC funding
•Ignored pandemic response manual
•Fired pandemic response team
And now the US has the highest rate of new infections in the world, with an exponential growth rate.

2015: OBOZO was told the US needed to order 60,000 Ventalators and 7 BILLION MASK by the NIH and CDC and keep them stored in case of a global pandemic. This order would take AT LEAST 5 YEARS to fullfil because there are NOT that many venalators built every year (5,000 in a normal year).
2015: CDC warns Govenors in all 50 States what they need for a pandemic. Most IGNORED IT. Cuomo was told NY need at least 16,000 Vents and 3 MIL mask, instead he spent the money on a FAILED Solar factory.
OBOZO pandemic response team was LITERALY 2 people getting paid to sit in the White House and read the news.
Trump CREATED a NEW Pandemic Response position in the DHS (where it now has OVERSIGHT).
Trump added $50 MILLION to the CDC budget for HIV and did CUT CDC Budget for giveaways to forieng Countries that WERE NOT USING THE MONEY for diesease prevention and there was NO OVERSIGHT. NOTHING was taken away from Padenic Response both Fauci and Redfield said Trump acted faster than any other President they have delt with. Oh and the pandemic resonse manual which was created by Bush 2 after he read about the Spanish Flu, after it was reviewed by doctors at the time they were horrfied by the lockdown measures in it. OBOZO never updated or changed it. The MANUAL said the STATES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR RESPONSE and the FEDS are responsible for SUPPORT. WELL BUSH (who was told in 2005 to order supplies) and OBOZO FAILED, because NEITHER ORDERED the supplies they were TOLD WOULD BE NEEDED to support the States.
80% of the DEATHS came from nursing homes in 5 States that IGNORED the Presidents team to PROTECT NURSING HOMES and elderly. Florida has the LARGEST over 70 population in the USA and the LOWEST Death rate of those over 70, because they DID NOT SEND SICK PEOPLE to NURSING HOMES and used the Florida Nation Gaurd to protect and CLEAN and TEST Nursing homes and retirment communities DAILY.
Gov. Cuomo is NOW BEING SUED by both Nursing Homes and Families for all the DEATHS he caused.
