In 1965 Herbert Marcuse and Robert Paul Wolff published a book titled A critique of pure tolerance in it these Marxists introduced the notion that a majority ethno-cultural group could be overthrown by a coalition of multiple minorities. They propose that they could be held together by repressive tolerance, which is the idea of tolerating everything that the minorities want while discriminating and excluding the interests of the majority....
