call Bullshit. Covid positives have to be retested every week until shown 2 negative tests. One subject can be tested and show positive multiple weeks in a row. Subject data is counted and metric every test. So one subject can be counted multiple times every time it comes back.
BOOM instant pandemic. Of the lab in Dallas I have seen results from actual positive individual cases is somewhere in the 1:100 range.
