On one hand, they can commend people like Solemani and Al Bagdadi as excellent generals against ISIS and "austere religious scholars," even when they know they had a hand in killing American troops, but on the other they pretend to care that Russia supposedly was paying bounties to do the same. Something is inconsistent here, or is it very consistent.
