My brother & his wife keep their house ice cold year round just for this reason & it seems to work, they're both in their mid 40s & have very low body fat. Their 2 grown daughters are married with their own homes, they're in the their late 20s & they do the same thing (Ice cold houses) & both girls are as skinning as they were in HS Great post! 5 stars Be strong, be of good courage, God bless America & long live the republic. . |

When you cool down slightly below core temp, you start secreting adrenaline which I discovered is crucial for converting triglyceride fats into energy. Whereas when overheated, PGD2 increases, adrenaline levels are suppressed and fat is stored. |
