Short summary, the guy who was arrested had 5 drugs in his blood, one if it was Adrenochrom. The arrested Christian Nikolov is suspected of murder. A friend of him who is a son of a bulgarian politician was in the same car when they had an accident. In the accident a 53 year old man died.

The news report says that the guy will now remain under arrest and that there were 4 drugs found in his system, with now a possible 5th one, then they ask the reporter which is the 5th one
