pretty obvious they will try to release something stronger between now and the end of the October. they already have all the monitoring (contact tracing) stuff needed so they can manage the spread.

maybe they already released it in florida? a state they are desperate to close down.
if they close texas and get mail in voting, they may be able to steal it there too.
