Here are a few examples: Quoting: TAXES TAXES TAXES !!! 79089358 1. Let's say a rioter damages a car or business. Money is then spent to repair the car or business. The money spent is taxable. 2. Cities get federal aid (money printed from nothing of course, which steals purchasing power) to rebuild and beautify after an area is damaged. The money is spent and the spent money is taxable. 3. Areas get modernized or gentrified after riot damage. This usually results in more mixed uses. These result in higher valuations and thus higher property taxes. 4. Money gets spent by cities, thus helping the cities maintain justification for bloated budgets and tax increases in the name of peace and safety. :9teen: Yeah well if I was you OP I wouldn't be going telling that to the blacks in South-Central L.A. who are still waiting for a rebuild after the Rodney King riots. So yeah these shitty little business owners will just have their own shit trashed, cash in move out and leave the shit damaged. They're not going to fix that stuff theyre just going to cash out and leave town. But hey one thing that will happen is there's going to be a big bailout for all these insurance companies get ready for more quantitative easing yay Quoting: Anonymous Coward 72622880 Retard assumes everyone is properly insured. It is all about taxable money flow. Even if insurance pays out, there are taxes on windows and doors, etc. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 48642722 Womp womp :clintyes: Let the State go after BLM's billions of donations since it's BLM that orchestrated and caused this mass destruction. Don't give these States a single Federal cent. Anonymous Coward User ID: 76569832 United States 09/16/2020 11:28 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The burnt out parts of Minneapolis will not be of any value for many years. Many businesses have left many mom and pops did not get fully insured and Many with money are just leaving because the risk is too high. So Minni is shitty and that is tough titty. this is the beginning of the end of the big cities. I used to live in those neighborhoods in South Minneapolis where the riots were and everything was destroyed. As soon as that even started, when I was watching the live streams, the very first nights, I said, this is never coming back, they will never rebuild this, those businesses will never re-open. How about that recent looting and vandalism on the Nicollet Mall in Downtown Minneapolis? Just thinking about that now brought tears to my eyes. That was MY city. Thank god I left decades ago and never looked back. That is the plan. ZZERO little/small companies. All government and conglomos. |

The will spend money generating tax revenue, but they will own all the land and jack it up when your children ever try to touch any.
