This is why they LOVE illegals, and welfare.
And rarely do you see welfare abuse busts in Democrat areas.

Illegals work off the books.
Their money is unaccounted for.
They don't technically qualify for many services, yet they stress those services via loopholes.
They spend their "unaccounted for" money in those protected democrat areas.


And welfare is "found money" as well.
They spend or trade the food stamps for fiat, and spend in those protected democrat areas.
