There was an area already slated for a new Mall and renovation in Ferguson
That block was burned out
This saves the business owners - they get the insurance - and don’t have to move
It saves the city from evicting local tenants and being the bad guy kicking out old people and poor people for development
Look up local PROPOSED Urban Plans - I’d bet that’s where the riots are
