Literally killing a living thing in its' mothers womb is not the same as a small possibility of transmitting a (that any one person may or may not have) disease to other people who have an infinitesimal chance of being affected in any way and even smaller chance of dying.

Saying that not wearing a mask makes you a murderer is akin to saying that everyone who drives a car is a murderer because a small percentage of people die in car accidents every year.
