Project Blue Beam will be test ran in China, like everything.

The sounds are edited in the video, they show zero directionality when the camera/mobile phone/whatever turns around. I guess someone had to make some money out of a stupid video like the previous years with the "strange sound" videos that again had that omnidirectional problem.

In at least one instance, the mysterious sounds residents heard in one locale were caused by the reverberations of tree cutting equipment that was being repaired and analgous to say the sounds of saws played as musical instruments.

Of course a deep underground military base has a massive bore cutting machine tunneling and grinding against rock.

It's a plausible theory.

Whatever it is, the audio is very good. Because it captures the volume and deep frequencies this thing is putting out. Also obviously over great distance.
sounds pretty legit except for one part that sounded like a horror movie. But that's even worse if it's real.

People who entertain this is real have never taken their phone outside in a large open area like that and recorded anything. It doesn’t sound clear, concise, have great low frequencies, etc. Also, sound wouldn’t be front and center and in your face.
