Meh I live in whatcom county (very northwest tip of the state) lot of people not wearing masks. I go to fredmyer. Safeway. Lowes. Vape shop gas stations. People have the mandated signage but no one gives af nor would they dare say something.

Who needs an implant chip when they can fully control you thru masks and a forced surrender to their political objectives...?

Sheriff won't enforce citizens without masks here on the east side. I don't know about the businesses. What is the penalty for the businesses?

Although I am strongly anti-mask, I started wearing one today. Not because I am afraid of catching or transmitting Corana, but because the governor will again shut down businesses if we don't comply with mask edict. The first shutdown has already caused tremendous pain to owners of small busineses, a second shutdown would crush them. I am going to do what I can to make sure that doesn't happen. Yes, I am going against my principles on the mask, like a reed in the wind.
