There are 2 million wanna-be families trying to get one of those 20K babies, and that's just the people who have suffered through the hellish adoption process. If the process was easier, there would be 10 million families willing to adopt.

Any baby that is not aborted today will find loving, adoptive parents waiting to give them a home.

If every single baby aborted this year was instead delivered, every single one would be adopted.
