Anyone else notice that some of these locations aren't named by a street name, but numbers? Perhaps this has something to do with the demeaning and dehumanizing quality of life there. Maybe somebody in city government could begin by giving some of those street names honorary status by naming them after some civil rights, political, historical figure, or after someone culled on that street?
