Look up The Disclosure Project. There is a former military officer who delt with processing images of the moon's surface while he was in active duty. He talks about how one time the printer or processor jams up, and he came in to help another officer with the machine and saw what he described as structures on the "backside" of the Moon. He mentioned the word "base".
