Deloitte will be very pissed off with this, regardless. All the big 4 firms and other consulting firms will be watching this quietly too, taking notes as to fallout, perception, and how it is handled.

So it seems Deloitte offered her a 2 week video internship (shortened and video only because of Covid) and said a permanent job offer would be forthcoming.

The latter promise is not an enforceable promise, in my opinion.

It said she would have to graduate with at least a 3.5 GPA, which it says quickly on one of the docs posted behind this particular tiktok. Did Claira Janover graduate with a 3.5? Well let's see: she didn't mention anything about graduating Harvard with honors, and 3.5 is at least some sort of honors, and Deloitte didn't mention a fulltime job offer, so I would guess:

I suspect Claira Janover did not finish with a 3.5 and so the fulltime job offer was not on the table. Just possibly perhaps the video internship was a chance to prove herself and earn that job offer.

And that all this psycho drama is her way of making it look like Deloitte canceled a job offer, when actually she didn't qualify for one.
