When I was growing up my father would inspect our shits before we we were allowed to flush. After we shit he we could not flush until he came in and inspected what we did. You can tell a lot about the health of a person by inspecting their shits. Firm and solid and of a certain tone means your body is in ultimate health. It’s almost like having a full work up by doctors and reading the results.

When we meet women in the streets or the grocery stores we can not inspect their shits, yet. So we must evaluate their health in other ways. Of course we look at their hair and weight and clothes. By examine these things we can determine what type of general health and wellness the woman at issue is in.

Another good portal into the overall fitness of a woman is her feet. You want a clean flesh colored foot with minimal callusing. Some women feet have a yellow tint them, this indicates a poor diet or that they are not processing their food correctly, or maybe even they are big drinkers. Do not approach woman with yellow feet.

There are many other things to look for in a women’s feet. It is a portal into their overall health and wellness.
