Fairly typical. Still, I respect anyone who served honorably in the US armed forces (truly honorably, and not just on paper) and who continues to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, whether I agree with their views or not.

Will admit I would be shocked to find out Q was real. I am just telling you from my time there was no way it could operate. I will admit I could be wrong.

I am pretty close to some high ranking retired officers (one is retired full bird Colonel and the other is a Lt. General (3 Stars). I have not asked them what they think of Q but will do. We still exchange joke emails most of the time and some politics.

I use to know a former Air America (CIA pilot) guy, but it's been years since we have talked. There is one other, but have not talked to him since about 1994.

Border Wall progress: What’s been built so far?

One of President Trump’s central 2016 campaign promises was to build a wall at the southern border. That effort is now well underway, with his administration aiming to have completed 450 miles by the end of 2020.

As of late-June, 216 miles of new primary and secondary border wall have been built since January 2017.

Of that, most is in place of what CBP calls dilapidated or outdated designs. An additional 339 miles is under construction, and 183 miles in pre-construction. In construction, 311 thousand tons of steel have been used and 458 thousand cubic yards of concrete have been used.

The current wall is 30 foot high, consisting of large metal bollards, with anti-climb technology at the top of it. Officials note too that there is lighting, roads and secondary barriers nearby as well -- which makes it fundamentally different from other structures.

“When you take that down and you put in what is being built now — that is a new wall,” one official said at a briefing last year. “It’s 30 feet tall, it’s embedded in concrete, the structure is incredibly strong, it has anti-climbing techniques, it’s also got additional technology — lighting, access roads, etc so it really is a wall system. So anywhere the wall is being built, it’s new wall.”

I get nervous when people say "my political beliefs are irrelevant."

A major reason the US has become so corrupt - culturally, politically and economically - is because too many people have been vague about their ideology or hesitant about revealing whether they're leftwing or rightwing. People who certainly have been way too evasive about why they've had overly easygoing reactions through the years towards liberalism or leftism than they should have had.

The fact that you even made that statement, tells me how little you know about the U.S. Intel community (IC)...Military/CIA/other ops There are so many compartmentalizations, special access programs, clearances, etc.

The level of experience you have stated you have, and even your contacts...no way could any of them know "all" wrt the IC. It may not even be run within the IC?

At least you did say "you could be wrong".

But if you think, "there is no way it could operate", you're naive. Also, I'm pretty sure Qanon has never posted any actual "classified" info, pretty much all "open source". And hasn't verified anything...any "implied" verification is done by those who try to interpret Q postings.

A lot of the pro-Q and anti-Q arguing is like debating who's on first. Or how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.

It's not like Q is claiming there are extraterrestrials living on the moon or that Trump has been teleported from the future into today's America.

Most of what Q claims should be obvious to even outsiders. After all, the crooked, rotten nature of people like Comey and Mueller have been evident for years. The corruption of America is obvious to even outsiders based 2,000 miles away from DC.

The left has been using that sort of evasion. Even the neocon GOP. So we have to do the same when it's effective, too.
