I take vitamin k2, fish oil , c, a, e, biotin, green tea extract, ginger root extract, iron, magneisum, everyday for the past 15 years.

Yeah slot of hard pills to swallow on a daily basis but I've never miss one vitamin and they aren't multi vitamins. I take them in individual pills.

Ppl are all shocked and astonished when I tell them I'm 37. No one can escape aging and because I know eventually wrinkles are going to hit me even if I take these vitamins, I've taken drastic measures to apply female creams to my face every night and it works!
