Anyone else feel a little letdown with how weak the doom was today?

I feel relief. Fireworks... ahh who am I kiddin, the mass explosions have died down shortly after midnight. No rioters trying to burn my hood down. Police scanner has been very peaceful.

Nope...I predicted no doom atall. Should have won my money plus .005% in vegas with that prediction.

Everything was promised for the 4th, very little happened. So now everyone's guard will be down when everything is ramped up next week.

Make no mistake, the money hasn't even begun to flow and the stupidity of the average foot soldier has yet to be exploited.

all it will take is for a white cop to shoot a black guy and it all erupts again. besides I'm sure they've drank all that stolen liquor by now time to resupply..

It’s 2:30 here, and my neighbors are still popping the occasional artillery or M80. I live in a decent, tight-knit suburban area too, so I’m a little surprised. The sort of thing never bothers me in particular, but all the doom we’ve seen the last few months has me analyzing if it’s a firework or gunshot every time .

Hence, I’m still awake..
