Judging from their recent riots, is it really hard to conceive as to why?

You don't win people over to your cause by burning down cities. You win people over to your cause, only throug peaceful activities.

The game Detroit: Become human should have at least given a playbook and manual to these animals in how to win over public support. Today, BLM and Antifa, are a small group rejected by all in public support and opinion, but that's the way it is.

1. they believe they have right to rule due to racial lines they are part of.
2. they believe they are olympians and fine examples of what race can be.
3. they rule by pitting inferior races against each other.
4. their long term plan is one unique race (white supremist) to rule the mulato masses.

I've known very successful black people. One a mentor, the other highly respectable, and the third a respectable co-worker that went on to much more. I think all three had vocabulary was on par and possibly better than mine. They both had charismatic and likable personalities. They were my friends, and I respected them.

Why is it, they are the minority, within their own minority race?

The elites see black people as a way to control the more intelligent people in the middle of the spectrum. They are a means to an end. When their objective has been achieved these same blacks will be hauled off to extermination camps for their non-compliance. I'm not trying to be funny. This is exactly what will happen.

African blacks really dislike American blacks. Nobody really likes the "ghetto" culture outside of a small percentage of thugs and a larger percentage of women (who lust after strong men)
