It's not that we're behind. We're stuck in a place of division and strife. When we could be overcoming our differences, embracing core common values we mostly all share and working together to evolve to a place of infinite possibilities.

There is no reason we can't provide for everyone on this planet. There is no such thing as scarce resources. There is no need for war, poverty, famine, disease, oppression etc except for a small group who wants to control the narrative.

I don't see him leading in the usual way. Casual observers would not see him as leading at all. I see him allowing others to lead (or at least appearing to do so), him standing aside and asking pertinent questions when the need arises.

In what I envision, no one would be played in the sense that they are unscrupulously used for only another's advantage.
