Get seeds planted today and you can eat well in 3 months or less.

If your climate isn't cooperative put up some greenhouses.

Just started our third corn seeds Saturday. Kinda risky this late but more risky not to try.

Also learn to preserve your harvest. There are other methods than canning/jarring.
