If the schools decide to go "hybrid" but later are forced to go online only then these students will be deported. Moreover, many institutions have not yet published their Fall 2020 plan. Either way international students will not be coming here to study because they will either be blocked at their port of entry, or later deported due to state's having to lockdown again. Do you know who grades undergraduate coursework? It's NOT the professor/lecturer...it's the grad students. Most of the grad students here in the US are international students with very few domestic students studying. Universities have until 15 July 2020 to submit their Fall 2020 plans or all visas will not be granted. We're in for a wild ride for sure with this one.
