What IS treason is asking Russia to intervene in the election on your behalf and then providing cover and denial for the enemy nation and Dick-tater who did it. That's making war on the United States, literally, since it is our policy to regard interference in one of our elections an act of war... and then covering it up is giving aid and comfort to this same enemy. He did it again when he called the revelations that Russia put hits out on American soldiers a hoax.
He also commited treason when he used a military force of some kind to oppress and attack peaceful protestors who were protesting him personally.
This is clearly an attack on the United STates, and attack on the constitution, and an attack on people.

If it were my call I'd have convicted him after Helsinki.
