I grew up in Northern Transylvanian Romania, i've seen blacks on Tv only until i was 19 yo i've seen first black on the street when i moved to other city,Cluj , for my University studies. There were some students from African countries at the time, in 80s.

Looks like Europe is far more interested in Africa than Africa in Europe, and that not only because far more whites live in Africa than blacks in Europe.

France & UK are the European countries with most blacks. Italy, Netherlands and Portugal have also sizeable black populations.
The fewest blacks in Europe are to be found in the extrem north like Greenland and Iceland and in the Eastern European countries.
