West Virginia Now Requires Masks in Public

As of this morning Big Jim, the governor, mandates everyone over 8 years old must wear a mask when inside buildings. I guess I shouldn't have said 'public'. You can drive without a mask or walk outside if you stay 6 feet away from everyone. But if you go inside you better wear a mask.

The news hasn't mentioned how much the fine will be. Also the Governor had hem and hawed over his mandate because he admitted no one in his cantankerous state will obey the rule.

I live in Ohio but I might be going to the Walmart in WV after Perry Mason is over. I just can't believe this would happen in West Virginia of all places. Yes, there are more COVID cases because they are testing as many people as they can, but most days no one dies of COVID. I'm 90 and I'm not afraid.
