I personally know 2 people that are furloughed from Disney and they're each making roughly 2x what they would normally make on the enhanced unemployment. They would never vote to return to work, even if COVID was shown to be the over-hyped bullshit that it is.

Florida has had 327 deaths from COVID in people under the age of 65 over the last 4 months...that's in a state of ~22 million people.

Out of those 327 deaths, 309 of them had at least 1 serious health condition (many had 2 or more) prior to contracting COVID.

People are being spoon-fed FEAR (subjugation)...and they seem to love the taste of it.

Most Disney workers are making more on unemployment. That is reason for not wanting to return. I am an RN still working in hospital. Orlando’s COVID-19 positive numbers are up but hospitalizations and deaths are down. Most have mild or no symptoms.

If you can cram 40,000 people within a few blocks on Hollywood Blvd for BLM protests and not have an issue with it, then heck yes, open the damn parks.

I think "they" are going to ramp of Phase 2, no matter what.

As for Disney, it doesn't make sense financially to reopen because they will not have enough guests willing to expose their children and themselves to the virus, and with international travel and tourism ground to a halt, they are unlikely to be able to run the parks in the black.

They must be getting desperate for liquidity to pay off the celeb mouthpieces for their current nonsense.
