How long have you been a GLP member?

2013 on and off

I chose the 15 year option. Mostly because I am fairly certain I had been an AC for some years straight off and on before I made my account then started to make it a paid membership. Boy, was I ever a lowly hateful POS back then. I am rather glad I am alot better these days.

This does sound a bit more vaguely familiar... If I remember correctly I never found any aliens, but then again she was never specific on what aliens we were supposed to be seeing in her messed up photos. So I am guessing she was trolling GLP before it was cool.

Yes, nobody could see anything apart from her. But she was very persistent. She seemed to really believe in what she was doing. I think she was probably a bit nuts, like Zakk and a few others.

Sometime around Fukushima in '11. I was gone for a few years, for several reasons. Just came back during the lockdown. I lurked for a couple of weeks, trying to find old friends. A lot of them missing. It makes me sad. They were the best.

Found this place in 2007 have been a Lurker for 12yrs, member for two yrs.

Alot of folk were put off by the turn towards hardcore politics and fanatical rhetoric and moved on, or were part of the politics and rhetoric and eventually were asked to move along.

Some folk used to have different names, others are AC's now, and some might have bugged out at the start of the year when the shit started going down.

OP, no not the original, changed my name a few times. my profile shows 06 because before that there was a massive loss of the forum, so much data lost. I remember that very well!

I dont remember the exact year but a few years after 9/11. I found Prison Planet and on their forum It lead me here and a few other forums. I also got booted off a forum for saying 9/11 was an inside job. It was a Christain forum but they all were eating up the official story.

Lurking since 2000

I took a break for about 3 or 4 years but still came back. When the shit hits the fan, GLP will always be my goto for info. GLP usually breaks news days and sometimes weeks before we ever see it in the mainstream.

More than 15 years but no 20 yet, I think since about 2004 or 2005. Just lost my 6 digits ID about 2 years ago, broke my heart ;)

Yeah, that explains a lot really. I didnt know about the database shit until today. I knew it switched hands a few times but i never knew about the database issue, which explains my old account not being found.

IDK because I feel other sites would link this one from time to time but I really started coming here full force after my daughter had a birthday party and some space junk the size of a school bus was suppose to re-enter the atmosphere and posters would say go outside it just flew over. For real everyone go look.

My daughter's friends were so intrigued they wanted me to hit refresh over and over on the thread. I have never laughed so hard from such an epic thread. People were posting crazy funny crap and these little girls were eating it up and we were having so much fun looking up for space debris. I wish I could remember the thread it was so much fun.

No this place has changed. Astro dude cleaned out some really open minded people.
