I'm from St Pete. Body parts are found in our area since I was a kid. Usually from the water.
That area is mostly black, near a school I believe. There's a real nice neighborhood just east of there and golf courses. Its sort of clise to the beaches and the skyway bridge. More than likely gang related. Some real shitty shit bag motels on 34th st that area.
