If you frame by frame the video, he did not "beam in", he was there the whole time and camera compression blended most of his body with the pavement.

Stop/Pause the video right before the guy "appears".

Use the > key to go forward one frame at a time (the < key goes back one frame at a time).

You can see the guy there way before, it's just his clothes color blends into the car in front of him. He didn't just appear.

It's clear if you use the > key and go frame by frame.

It's a crappy camera as well.

I did all of that. It still looks like the guy appears in the middle of the road and in a fraction of a second realizes where he is.
