A fair and inclusive culture for workers right up until they're all replaced by machines which, at the rate big business is pushing it should be within the next ten years.

Also, they donated a hundred million dollars to the BLM who will funnel it into ActBlue who will funnel it into the DNC who will funnel it into Biden's campaign. With Trump in office, they have to be extra shady about those illegal campaign contributions. It's not like when Hillary was running and Obama was in office to protect them.
