I thought that too, but the impact of the kid knocked him down. Kid looked like he weighed about 40 pounds at least, from that height NO MAN could "catch" him but you could break his fall and save his life.

Nope. Kid's head landed in the crook of the ex-Marine's arm. Excellent focus and concentration, given the fact that the child was rotating horizontally while falling. Great stuff.

This is a powerful video. Despite the greviences and perceived slights that our Americans of African descent have, this man did a diving catch to save a baby. I hate that I have to point out that the races of the savior and the saved are different, but this is the world we live in. , If our media desired to calm racial conflict this would be promoted and commented on.
